DOROTHY NAVALES

CLIENT SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

Dorothy Navales did her undergraduate studies in the University of the Philippines College of Business Administration. Dorothy has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Yeske Buie, Dorothy worked for Citigroup’s Institutional Investor Group, Shuman & Schneider, Wells Fargo Foreign Exchange Trading & Sales and Union Bank of California’s Capital Markets division.

Recently, Dorothy has been offering her time on the weekends to help friends with babysitting. She also started hiking from her house to the BART (subway) station to get to work at least 3 times a week as a way to get additional exercise. In her spare time, Dorothy enjoys watching her daughter’s basketball games, community volunteer service, charity work, traveling, dancing, dining and spending time with friends and family.

Client Focus: As a Client Service Administrator in Yeske Buie, Dorothy is passionate about her role and seeks to consistently deliver excellent customer service. Being a point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, Dorothy provides support in multiple facets of client engagement including managing paperwork workflows, assisting clients with inquiries, and communicating with clients and the team to address account-related issues.

Current Update: Dorothy recently traveled to the Philippines, and she dedicated a portion of her trip to charity work that focused on promoting the development, welfare, and rights of marginalized people, especially young women and children. Dorothy was very touched by learning about the struggles of those being marginalized in society, especially children, and listening to life stories of how they survived against difficult odds only having rich in faith. It made her even more appreciative of what she has. The experience touched her heart in so many ways that she will continue to support and advocate for the well-being of less fortunate children. It made her realize that small acts of humanity go a long way.

On the more relaxing side, Dorothy was able to visit her family for the first time since Covid, including an uncle, aunt, and cousins that she hasn’t seen in long time. She was able to spend time with her family in the beautiful Hundred Islands and Patar Beach (a great place to visit for those who enjoy white sand beaches, snorkeling, natural cave formation, limestone rocks, and cliffs). The visit brought back some of her fondest childhood memories.
