Client Event: Vienna Office Open House
Please join us for the Open House in Vienna, VA on Thursday, March 14th from 4:30pm-6:30pm ET (send us your RSVP). The event will be catered and will include staff from both the Virginia and California offices, which only happens once a year on each coast! We meet semi-annually for our company retreat and each one traditionally ends with the Open House. Speaking of which, below is a picture from our last client event in San Francisco.

Summar Is Celebrating Her 5th Anniversary With Yeske Buie
As Dave put it, “If you can survive five years at YeBu, you can survive five years at anything!”  Summar started just after Financial Planning Group merged with Yeske & Co. to become Yeske Buie in early 2008, making her our long-standing veteran based out of the Vienna, VA office. She is a Client Service Administrator and is our resident “tech wiz”. If you haven’t worked with her directly, her name may sound familiar from the monthly emails she sends to announce updated Client Private Page^® reports.

Dorothy’s Trip to India
Dorothy just recently went on a trip to India where she volunteered at the Apollo Hospital in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.  The hospital partnered with the American Society of Indian Plastic Surgeons to provide health care services to the people of India who otherwise would not have access to those services.

Reminder – Change to Tax Reporting on Client Private Page®
We will no longer be posting a realized gain/loss report to your Client Private Page^® as we have done previously (all other reports will still be available). Please refer to your Schwab 1099 for any taxable accounts such as an individual brokerage account, a joint brokerage account, or a trust. Refer to your Schwab 1099-R for retirement accounts that had distributions.  Schwab sent 1099s in the mail in early February and they are also available if you have an online account at www.schwab.com.

If you cannot find your Schwab 1099, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll get you a copy.
