 Open enrollment to sign up for health insurance coverage for 2017 under the Affordable Care Act is currently open and continues through January 31, 2017. For those looking to have coverage beginning on January 1st, however, the deadline for enrollment is December 15, 2016. If you are currently enrolled for coverage, you are encouraged to log in and update your information by the December 15th deadline to ensure no disruption of coverage. Yeske Buie’s Staff Retreat: Storytelling, Visioning, and Focusing
 Just before the Thanksgiving Holiday, the entire Yeske Buie team came together in San Francisco for an inspiring staff retreat. While the retreat serves as a great opportunity to step away from the day to day office routine, the team spends each day working on various exercises related to personal, professional, and company growth. The themes of this year’s retreat included storytelling, focusing on “just one thing”, and visioning for the firm. Powerful learnings and appreciations were had by the entire team during this retreat, and we share quotes and pictures highlighting the most impactful moments.

An Accomplishment Deserving Acknowledgment
 Yeske Buie would like to recognize Zachary Bennedsen for his recent success in passing the CFP® Exam! Zach dedicated hundreds of hours to studying for the exam, beginning his preparation in August and supplementing his book work with an intensive live review course in October. After having some time to reflect on his success, Zach said, “It feels great to have the weight of studying off my shoulders, and I am excited to have reached this milestone”. Tis the Season: Light of Gold
 Beginning last year, Elissa and Dave became involved with Cappella SF, an exceptional a cappella group founded and directed by Ragnar Bohlin, Emmy award winning director of the San Francisco Symphony Chorus. We recognize that by no means does everyone celebrate the Christmas Holiday, but with admiration for their talent, Yeske Buie sponsored Capella SF’s first holiday CD last year, “Light of Gold: Cappella SF Christmas”, which features Christmas songs from around the world and across the centuries.
