At Yeske Buie, we are constantly pushing ourselves to Learn Big, one of our six established worldviews, as we believe our learning in service of our Clients never ends. Furthermore, we strive not only to Learn Big but also to Think Big by applying the best available practices and research to the day-to-day servicing of our Clients. Staying true to these worldviews, Yeske Buie has committed to learning more about reverse mortgages and how they may be used as strategic planning tools for our Clients. In the first article of our reverse mortgage mini-series, we aim to give you a basic overview of Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM) and as we build on this series, we will discuss specific numbers, details and calculations and example scenarios in which a HECM could be a valuable planning tool.
This Saturday, San Francisco Bay’s night sky will light up with a new, permanent display of 25,000 lights as the city re-lights the San Francisco Bay Bridge. The iconic light sculpture, designed by world-renowned artist Leo Villareal, is controlled by complex algorithms and patterns, which dynamically recombine and transform the bridge into a living work of art. Inspired by the transformational public art, Yeske Buie has made a donation to Bay Lights in honor of our Clients and Friends who know how to Live Big. With the donation, Bay Lights has dedicated a light on cable #270, level #67 to those who Live Big. See exactly where Yeske Buie’s guiding light shines on the bridge with this interactive site.
