Balance and Self-Care in Challenging Times
An important practice that the Yeske Buie team experiences on an ongoing basis is mindfulness training. It’s one of the ways we’ve learned to stay as mentally alert and emotionally calm as possible to support our Clients and each other. Over the years, our organizational consultant, David Brand, who has been with Yeske Buie since its inception, and his wife, Jane Cunningham, who is a psychotherapist and meditation teacher, have helped guide us in developing our mindfulness skills. Given the current societal challenges we all are facing, we want to offer you the same benefits we’ve received from our mindfulness work.
