DeLoach Vineyards San Francisco firefighter Cecil DeLoach spearheaded Pinot Noir wine growing in the Russian River Valley in the early 1970s. After the Boisset Family from Burgundy, France assumed ownership in the early 2000s, they have since enhanced the health of the land and the quality of the wine by incorporating eco-friendly farming practices through Biodynamic winemaking.
We will be featuring DeLoach’s 2009 Forgotten Vines Zinfandel. Their Zinfandel was recently recommended in Wine Enthusiast Magazine‘s September 2013 feature, “Insider’s Guide to Zinfandel.” |
