Tricia Lowney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts with a minor in English from Colorado State University. She also studied Creative Writing, Literature & Language, and Linguistics at Virginia Tech, fostering a strong foundation of storytelling and critical thinking.
While taking a gap in her studies, Tricia discovered her passion for building connections during her time on ADP’s COE team, and later, on their Compliance Solutions copywriting team. There, she developed creative copy and visual marketing materials including email campaigns, paid social ads, infographics, and dimensional mailers. During her time at CSU, Tricia worked as a Creative Copywriting Intern at Wasserman in their Next Gen department, developing experiential marketing campaigns for brands like Dunkin’, Amazon Prime Student, and Pokémon TCG. She worked cross-functionally across teams to pitch brand activations and engage with next generation consumers.
At Virginia Tech, Tricia was a part of Pi Beta Phi, participating in literary initiatives both nationwide and for the local community. Outside of marketing and school, Tricia has been involved in the service industry for over a decade, focusing on interpersonal communications, training, and client relations. And, in 2015, she wrote online movie reviews and feature articles for The Film Magazine.
Client Focus: Tricia is a strong proponent of building community in small ways. She believes that genuine connection and keeping an open mind help people discover new and interesting pathways for connection. She leads with a smile and is dedicated to helping others whenever and however she can.
Current Update: After a whirlwind start to Q2, Tricia is focusing on work for TheLiveBigWay® Digest, website management, webinar planning, and all things communication. As the work continues, she’s finding new reasons for why she loves what she does.
Outside of work, visits galore! Tricia has been keeping busy exploring San Francisco as friends from New Jersey and cousins living out on the West Coast stop by whenever possible. She recently had the pleasure of showing some of her long-time friends around the city she now calls home, as well as exploring new places together (well, new to her). She’s also looking forward to her parents’ visit in early May. They’ll all be checking some items off each of their Live Big® lists — a baseball game at Giants Stadium for her father, a trip to Sausalito for her mother, and an immersive, projection-based art show for Trish.
