Many believe that developing a successful financial plan is all about the numbers. And it’s true that the numbers are important. But we believe that what’s more important is learning about the heart and soul of our Clients and incorporating that into their plan. Financial planning with our Clients is a process that evolves over the course of our relationship. We care about each and every one of our unique Clients, and we believe that the journey of life and planning for it is an ongoing process. We seek to understand all facets of our Clients’ lives, and how, through that understanding, we can help empower them to pursue their Live Big lives.

What do we want to know about? Here are a few of our favorite things to learn about our Clients…

What do we want to know about YOU?

Where you are now and where you want to be...

Your experience and relationship with money and finances...

Your family, all of it's players, and the unique dynamics...

Who and what is most important to you...

What keeps you up at night...

Your fears, struggles, and anxieties, personally and financially...

Your successes and accomplishments...

Your dreams in life and your finances...

Life celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, new generations, new jobs, promotions)...

Life sorrows (deaths, job loss, health setbacks or struggles, relationships)...

Career and retirement goals...

Your personal values...

What brings you joy...

How do we learn about our Clients?

How do we learn about our Clients? The answer is simple. It’s not enough for us to simply collect generic data from a questionnaire. We choose to prioritize meeting with Clients and actively listening to every story they choose to share with us so we can be on a path where we’re building a long-term, trusting Client relationship.

When we meet with Clients, we listen, we ask questions, we interact and we engage in discussions, we laugh and cry along with their stories. We also use a robust discovery process to learn about our Clients. On a formal basis, we regularly use surveys designed by our strategic partners at Money Quotient to understand things like financial satisfaction, risk tolerance, and goals and life transitions, which become jumping off points for deeper discussions and understanding. A Yeske Buie Client relationship is one where we value each and every Client, and each and every touch point with them. It may sound cheesy, but our Clients bring us tremendous joy and they touch our hearts every day.

We work to earn your trust and commitment to a fulfilling mutually satisfying relationship. We work to understand you and to help you understand and clarify your goals, dreams, promises, intentions and priorities on the journey of living a financial plan. And we are here to help you live your Live Big life. We look forward to our next opportunity to learn more about YOU!
