Full From Gratitude

Earlier this year, the Yeske Buie team was introduced to Candy Chang and her life-changing experiment called The Before I Die project. Confronted with life’s inevitable challenges, Candy challenged herself to channel her emotional energy in a positive way. She found that having gratitude for life brought her comfort and clarity, and she became inspired to lead a now global experiment that has encouraged thousands to reflect, to find gratitude, and to live – to live BIG, of course! Give yourself a gift and take a few moments to soak in the thoughtful, personal contributions we’ve collected for our own experiment as we continue Candy’s beautiful legacy.

Shop Smart…

According to the National Retail Federation, more than 165 million people are expected to shop the sales this weekend. With the explosion of retail emails, TV commercials, and paper ads that will inevitably catch your eye this weekend, it can be easy to overspend and get caught up in “deals” that break your budget rather than save you money. With this in mind, we share five tips to help you shop smart and keep things in perspective when pulling out the credit cards this holiday season – after all, there’s nothing wrong with enjoying a good sale from time to time.

… And Shop Safe

Anytime you shop online, whether it be during the holiday season or otherwise, it is important to follow cybersecurity best practices to keep your personal information safe. And while the risk of cyberthreats don’t necessarily increase during the holiday season, online shoppers are typically more rushed this time of year and may be more susceptible to clicking a fraudulent link, shopping on an unsecure internet connection, or poorly monitoring their account activity. We promote cybersecurity best practices all year round, and offer our collection of cybersecurity articles full of tips and tricks to help you keep your identity safe this holiday season.
