Tricia Lowney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts with a minor in English from Colorado State University. She also studied Creative Writing, Literature & Language, and Linguistics at Virginia Tech, fostering a strong foundation of storytelling and critical thinking.

While taking a gap in her studies, Tricia discovered her passion for building connections during her time on ADP’s COE team, and later, on their Compliance Solutions copywriting team. There, she developed creative copy and visual marketing materials including email campaigns, paid social ads, infographics, and dimensional mailers. During her time at CSU, Tricia worked as a Creative Copywriting Intern at Wasserman in their Next Gen department, developing experiential marketing campaigns for brands like Dunkin’, Amazon Prime Student, and Pokémon TCG. She worked cross-functionally across teams to pitch brand activations and engage with next generation consumers.

At Virginia Tech, Tricia was a part of Pi Beta Phi, participating in literary initiatives both nationwide and for the local community. Outside of marketing and school, Tricia has been involved in the service industry for over a decade, focusing on interpersonal communications, training, and client relations. And, in 2015, she wrote online movie reviews and feature articles for The Film Magazine.

Client Focus: Tricia is a strong proponent of building community in small ways. She believes that genuine connection and keeping an open mind help people discover new and interesting pathways for connection. She leads with a smile and is dedicated to helping others whenever and however she can.

Current Update: The welcomed chill of fall is rolling in, and Tricia is ready for her first autumn in California! She’s embracing slowing down with the change of season — at least temporarily, before the holidays are in full swing. She’s also been enjoying building furniture for her new place and curating her space. It’s a great opportunity to get ready for friends and family planning to visit in the coming months.

Trish continues to learn new things every day as she settles into her role at Yeske Buie, though she’s still getting a handle on navigating the streets of San Francisco. (If her coworkers in the California office look out the window while she’s running an errand or getting coffee, they might even see her crossing the street in four different directions as she tries to figure out the cross streets.)

She’s looking for new learning opportunities outside of work, as well. Maybe piano lessons or learning a new language? For Tricia, this season feels like one of endless possibilities!
