Next-Gen Excellence: Lauren Stansell Named by Forbes
It is with great pride and honor that we share that Lauren Stansell, CFP® has been named to Forbes’ Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-in-State list. Forbes and Shook Research boast that these advisors “represent the true role models of the industry,” and, based on their due diligence, they find that these advisors are eagerly sought after. Lauren ranked 41 among 64 financial advisors recognized in Northern California. This year, 4,081 individuals were considered for the ranking.
The Future of Wealth Management
Forbes started looking at up-and-coming advisors with their Next-Gen rankings in 2017. According to Forbes, next-gen advisors “have proven that they stand among the very best in wealth management,” and add that they “are eagerly sought by the industry to best serve families [because] they’re seasoned, have lived through market cycles, and their deep relations with families – often representing three or more generations – position them among the best wealth management has ever seen.” We at Yeske Buie share this view, having a strong sense of pride in the experience and wisdom of our Founders and the youthful, fresh perspective of our younger advisors. This allows us to serve not just our current Clients, but also the generations of loved ones important to those Clients, and other successful young people.
The Makings of Top Next-Gen Advisor
The selection process for a Top Next-Gen Advisor is both qualitative and quantitative. Some of the quantitative data that Forbes and Shook review includes years of experience and business trends. Their qualitative criteria are what we find to be more impressive. These qualitative data points involve deep due diligence to identify advisors that:
- Encompass the highest standards of best practices;
- Are laser focused on having a positive impact on their Clients’ lives;
- Want to add meaning and help Clients live better lives; and,
- Are people that the selection committee would recommend to a friend or family member.
Our team and those who work with Lauren know that while she certainly embodies these qualities, they just scratch the surface of her excellence.
